My tummy feels achy on the inside...

I am nearly 6 weeks postop. My incision is looking and feeling fine, but I have lately had a dull ache coming from the inside. It kind of feels like I have been lightly hit in the stomach. I don't know whether I've had this all along and it was masked by the soreness of the incision or if something is wrong. I'm losing slowly compared to some...about 25 pounds so far. I'm not transected and I lay awake last night worrying that I've disrupted my staple line. Is this just a normal part of the healing process? Thank you.
