6 weeks post-op and having terrible pain after exercising yesterday

I walk almost everyday, but yesterday I did more than usual. Over four miles in a little over an hour. I was fine until I stopped walking and got into the car to go home. Since then, I have this sharp, searing pain right underneath my left breast. It feels okay if I am standing up, but sitting and lying down is terribly painful. Bending feels imposible. It has to be from the exercise, but how can I strain something just by walking? Any idea on how long it wil last (been about 24 hours so far), or how to make it feel better (tylenol didn't work)? Thanks!
