Has anyone with UNITED HEALTH CARE OPTIONS been approved for TT/breast reduct?

I am thinking about the tummy tuck and a breast reduction. I have united health care options. I don't really have problems like rash or anything but have a big apron. Has anyony been approved with UHC? Any help would be appreciated.
