Does worker's Comp paying for WLS?

My husb has had 3 back surgeries in the last year and has gained about 120 lbs due to being bedridden so long. I personally had surgery in March and it has helped me tremendously. The doctor has recommended that the insurance pay for a "weight loss program" for my husband. Does anyone know of any individual on worker's comp or a company injury who has had WLS?
