Anyone experience pain about 45 minutes after eating - not dumping?

At 10 days, I was allowed to start solid foods - primarily proteins. I had no problems with fish, shrimp, steak, chicken or beef. Then, 3 1/2 weeks post-op, I started experiencing uncomfortable pains in my stomach and lower abdomen about 45 minutes after eating these same foods. Anyone else experience this and what was it? My surgeon just told me to go back on liquids for a while. I don't seem to be having any of the effects of dumping...and I don't have a problem getting the food down...and no nausea. Any personal experiences?
