BTC in Belvidere IL where does the family wait while I'm in surgery?

At the BTC hospital in Belvidere IL does the family wait in your room? Is there a cafeteria to hang out in? I've heard the hospital is a little out-dated on it's furnishings, it is scary like in vinyl or plastic chairs? Are the rooms private, semi-private or ward-like (as in four or more patients in a room?
