I am 11 mos post op and recently feeling pain, especially after I eat

Hi all, I am eleven months post op and down over 150 pounds, yay! However, in the last two weeks or so I have been experiencing discomfort and pain, especially after I eat. I have been waking up with a burning feeling, kind of like heartburn, each morning. After ten months of not needing antacids I am again taking Tums and Zantac at least once or twice a day. Then, when I eat I have been getting a sharp sort of pain on my left side below the ribs and I burp a lot. The other weird thing is that lately after I eat, I can feel the food literally moving through my bowels. It gurgles and makes loud noise and I can physically feel it very much. My diet hasn't changed much, why this all of a sudden? Anyone else experience this? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
