How does anyone get through to someone handling a case at Aetna?

On this site, and on specific profiles, I see people who have Aetna insurance. Everyone goes on about "keep on them"... and speak to the person(s) directly handling your case. My question is.... how? I have been trying to so hard with dozens of phone calls only to be told, "the only information you can get is what's on my computer screen"... nobody will transfer me or anything. My papers were submitted to the insurance company 5 days ago, and I got a verbal DENIAL to my doctor. What's next... help! Anybody have any good numbers for Aetna to speak to someone who cares?
