Has anyone hadpain in the pouch area and heard gurgling noises and pain in the back

I have talked to the surgeon i see him in a couple of days but was wondering if anyone suffered through this and what it was and how it was handled. I am going regularly to the bathroom so I am hoping its not a kink or bowel obstruction but the gurgle noises in the pouch have me a little confused. please let me know.
