Denied by Celtic Care

I have been denied by Celtic Care Insurance. They state that "Benefits will not be paid for incurred charges for treatment for weight loss or exogenous obesity" based on Section V - Exclusions and Limitaitions. So, I am not sure what if appealing this would do any good since they have a written clause in their policy?... I am concerened. My surgeon is leaving the practice at the end of June and I don't have much time. Very grateful, Luci [email protected]
