I have pain slightly above my belly button near and incision

that is really sharp. The area is kind of sunken in and the skin is still numb from surgery. I had lap gastric bypass 8 days ago and this is the first time I have had this pain. I might have kind of overdid it yesterday but I am not sure if it is that. I have an appointment with the surgeon for a follow up this week but I am curious if anyone knows what could cause this.
