What is this burning sensation I have right below collar bone up to bottom of throat?

I have a burning sensation in the upper chest right in the middle that seems to go up to the bottom of my throat area. It seems to be sort of constant. The feeling is there, but I am not in any major pain or anything. It doesn't seems to have much to do with eating. Like, I haven't eaten yet today and it is there. Any ideas? Thanks!
