For last 2 days I have had bad stomach cramps and diaherra

Also a little vomitting. I do not have a gallbladder and I had lap rny. I haven't had any stomach probs up until now. I am a little worried. The pain isn't on one side or the other...just in my stomach area. Sometimes it seems worse when I eat or drink, but not always. Any ideas?
