My lips are chronically sore/sensitive

My lips are chronically sore and sensitive to the touch. Sometimes blisters break out on my upper lips, sometimes the corners crack and get sore. I originally went to my PCP about this, and he thought it could be related to a yeast infection, but I have no signs of this inside my mouth or throat. So I'm taking my second 14-day course of Diflucan, but I just feel this isn't the answer. I did a little internet research, and one of the sites I came upon suggested that it could be a B-vitamin deficiency. Has anyone else experienced this, and did taking a B-complex help it? That is what I'm considering. I don't take extra B vitamins, other than my daily B-12 (500 mcg), along with a daily multi, 1000 mg calcium citrate, and 500 mg Vit C. Thanks for any input you may have.
