Self Pay??? texas or louisiana

Can anyone give me any advise on self pay in Texas or Louisiana? Or does anyone know of a surgeon and hospital that both accept Care Entree? Care Entree is a discount savings program, it is not insurance. My insurance company will not pay for surgery. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please email me at [email protected]
