Irregular Periods: Can I Still Get Pregnant?

I am 20 months post-op. I am 27 years old, and never had any issues before becoming pregnant. Now, post-op, I have my cycle usually twice a month (one is usually lighter and shorter than the other), sometimes two weeks apart. Well, my husband and I are hoping to have a child one day, but it scares me because I'm not sure if these constant cycles are allowing my body even to ovulate. Did anyone have this issue, and was still able to get pregnant? Thanks, God bless.
