Any medical neccessary BL payed by Tricare?

Had my initial consult w/ a PS, found to have too little breast tissue for a reduction, despite my "large and pendulous" 40 D's<sigh> Now ps office is submitting approval for lift based on medical necessity due to my back and shoulder pain, which is the original reason my pcm sent me to her. Has anyone had a lift due to medical neccessity with out rashes approved by Tricare? Thanks in advance!
