I am looking for a PCP who will refer me to the Surgeon that I have chosen.

I have CIGNA HMO. I can switch to CIGNA PPO, but not until December, and I don't want to wait that long. Has anyone had any experience with CIGNA HMO, and/or a suggestion for a PCP in the Ventura, or San Fernando Valley, CA, area? Waiting until December seems like a lifetime to me, and if I can Get the approval through my HMO, then I am just that closer to my goal!
