Experiences at Beth Israel Deaconess (Boston, MA)

I am considering Beth Israel Deaconess for surgery and would like to hear positives and/or negative experiences. There are only a few listed under Dr. Blackburn. I am a little nervous as I was going to go through New England Medical Center (Boston) but am finding the process to be too long.
