Anyone suffer from a partial small bowel obstruction?

I am 3 weeks post op and just came out of the hospital for a week from this problem. My doctor is taking a wait and see approach for now hoping it will fix itself. This is fine with me, I'd rather not have another surgery right now. But I can barely tolerate any foods other than clear liquids. I'd love to hear from anyone else that has delt with this problem.
