Has one felt like pinch in the center of there stomach

I am about 1 1/2 post op and have felt fine till now its been about week. Its first felt like punch in stomach and now like pinching feeling off and on.... last time Docter gave me Protnox for gas could it be again??? No direhea or stool problems or fever Confused? Sacared
