Severe Pain on Left Side

Hi all...I know the reason "why" all the pain on the left side, but i'm looking for any tips or advice on best things to do to ease this pain, especially when getting up from a laying or seated position...this IS the worst!!!! I am 4 days post op and had lap. gastric bypass. Thank you!!
