Will anything else be required by the insurance company if they didn't mention it?

My insurance company (Great West) denied me. They said they need a 6 month Dr. supervised diet. I am doing that now. What are the chances that when the diet is complete and I re-apply that they come up with some other "requirements?" I am trying to not get my hopes up......just in case, but it is hard not to.
