For women only, please - stabbing pain in non-surgical areas?

I am 5 months out, lap RNY, and have lost nearly 100 pounds. I've gone down several sizes, including bra sizes. A month or so ago, as I was taking my bra off, I had a sharp, stabbing pain to the left side of my left breast. There were no lumps or anything else, but it would literally take my breath away if I didn't have my bra on and bent over. It went away in a few days, but yesterday, I had the same kind of pain appear when I took my bra off, only this time under the right arm, towards the back of the fat pad that usually hangs over the sides of your bra. And it is worse when the bra is not on, and now, the original pain in the left breast is back, so I hurt on both sides, especially if I bend over. Anyone have this before? Is it related to weight loss and brassiere size changes? Got any ideas?
