Lightweights I need help!

I need some advice from the lightweights out there. I understand that we lose weight slower, but I am not sure what I should be hoping for. I have hit the 2 month out plateau. I am at 10 weeks and have lost 36 lbs. Is that pretty good. How much will it slow down now. The last 3 weeks I have only lost 1 lb and my energy is in the gutter. I am eating small meals and getting in protein and liquids although I need to up my exorcise. What kind of loss should I be expecting at this point? What did you do to get out of the first rut? Please help from lightweight perspective. Thanks!
