Please Help!!

Tomorrow, I will be 2 months post op. I had my surgery on January 27. I seem to get pain under my left arm, under my chest plate and lower stomach area, which the last few days my upper left back is even hurting. I have been to my surgeon who gave me a cat scan and found nothing. Some people say it is gas, but at 31 I have never experienced gas this bad, how could it be. Also the Dr. gave me pain killers for the pain. I experience pain every day, all times of the day, has nothing to do with food. I could get the pain when I wake up or in the evening, or the afternoon, doesn't matter if I have ate or not. Just tired of living with the pain every day. If my cat scan showed nothing and the surgeon has no answers, could anyone here possibly know what it could be, that the Dr is missing???? Any suggestions would be great.
