went from 464 to 200 going back up :( HELP PLEASE

Hi, I am about 3 yrs past my RNY and have done great with it, Lost right at 264 pounds but as of late it seems like I am going back up in my weight :( this really bothers me because I do NOT wanna have to have this surgery again because I had a really hard time with mine afterwards with infection and all that "good" stuff. I dont know what to do for I have moved across country from my DR so it isnt like I can call and make an appt to see her . PLEASE someone help me and tell me what to do. I take my vitamins EVERY morning, I drinking enough to drown in but it is still hard for me to eat many meats other then fish and chicken ( getting really tired of the 2 ) . any help anyone can give will be greatly appreciated.
