Why am I having pain in my stomach after 7 months post op RNY?

I ate dinner last night and got the worst pain ever in my stomach. I could not catch my breath and thought I was going to have to go to the emergeny room. I had gastric bypass 7 months ago and have never felt pain like that. Should I be worried?
