What can I do or take for Gas pain? I think its gas pain

Its been four weeks since I had my surgery and now I have been feeling the worst gas pain. I have tried taking Maylanta but that has not helped. The pain has gotten so bad that I I cant sit, stand or sleep for to long. Is there something I could take or do to help? -Madeline Quinonex
