Pain in LEFT BREAST

I have these sharp-shooting pains that go down the left side of my breast - towards my nipple - on my left breast. Seems to happen when I bind over only. I am 7+ months post-op and have lost 116+ lbs. This has happened a few times since surgery, but daily for the last week. When I actually touch my breast to feel ... I feel no pain.
