Collar bone and shoulder pain - anyone else experiencing it?

2 months post op, when I lie down my shoulder and collar bone feel very sore, both sides. It's almost like the lubrication is gone out of the joints. Ive lost 55 lbs so far, I just wonder if its my joints being able to come together after being pushed apart from all that fat? I know what gas pain feels like, that's long gone already.
