How do I solve the fatigue like jet lag problem?

Fatigue like Jet Lag.There are no easy answers--and everyone is different. I take Bariatric Advantage Vitamins twice a day. Slow Fe before going to bed, lutein for eyesight, vitamin C powder 1/2 tsp for energy, B12 sublingually, 64 to 70 oz water a day. 3 Bariatric Advantage Calciums a day. I don't drink tea substitutes or crystallite, just filtered water. I am faithful in breathing with my sleep machine every night (sleep apnea). I am under the weight I was when it was first prescribed. I've lost 87 lbs in nearly 9 months. (Past 3 weeks, I have been tired with one or two energy days in between). I am 64 and off all my medications. Is this temporary like losing hair?
