Anyone experiencing intense abdominal pain under breast that radiates into the back?

I am 4 years post-op. For the last 3 months, I have been experiencing pain in my upper abdomen on the left side that radiates around my side and into my upper back. The pain is so severe that it wakes me nightly. I am taken napoxen sodium and muscle relaxant to relieve the pain. Just recently, my doctor prescribed Zelnorm for irritable bowel. It worked for a while but now the pain is back. Has anyone had any of these symptoms?
