Anyone have GREATWEST INS

Does anyone have GreatWest Ins? and if so I have been on a diet through my doctor for 5 months is that good enough for the ins? I sure hope so because no on {in the med field has told me any diff} I tried 6 months ago and my ins denied because I needed to go on a diet for 6 mos. Please tell me the docs diet is enough.
