Someone HEEELLPP me find a doc in new jersey who accepts tricare without xtra expense

need to find a surgeon who accepts tricare without telling me they suck at reimbursement and that I will have to arrange financing thru them (the doc) anyone had a surgeon who just took tricare (in New Jersey) with minimal out of pocket expenses?? Pls Help
