I have pain between the saline port and wound, I cannot have my bra on !

I am 3 wks lap bank post-op, at first I have no pain at all. It only happenend after 2 wks, the pain is between the saline port and the wound. My doctor said it's not serious, as all my wounds look great. But I doubt why I cannot have my bra on ! It's hurt the area down under the breast. I am worrying that I will not be able to put on the bra forever ! Please who had this experience, please advise me, thank you.
