Has anyone had severe lower abdominal pain?

I am 4 days post op and still having severe pains in my lower abdomen (really closer to my ovaries and uterus). It is a very sharp pain that increases as I walk or take a deep breath. I usually have to sit and wait for it to pass before moving at all.
