Right-sided pain?

Hi everyone; I saw someone posted a question recently about left-sided pain.. I am having right-sided pain... I had a Revision from stomach stapling to RNY on 02/01/2008. 6 days ago I was at work and started having a sharp pain on my right side, at the bottom of my ribs and in the right shoulder. The pain happened mostly when I would take a breath in...it would be a sharp pain in the right front-side and radiate up to my right shoulder. it lasted about an hour and then, (kind of personal here, but...) I had to go to the bathroom (#2) and after that the pain was gone... Now, today, the pain has started again, the exact same way/place as it was 6 days ago... I do not feel as if I need to go to the bathroom at this time, and will be curious to see if that helps, or not, etc.. By the way, I already had my gall bladder removed 10 years ago. I don't want to call the surgeon's office and bother them over something if it's not anything to worry about, and the surgeon is 2-3 hours drive away from me. Thanks for your help!
