Have a hard spot next to my old stitch area that hurts!!

I have a lump on the right side on the top part of my stiches( not on the stiches, but just to the right) that gets real sore on a daily basis and when i push on it, its really a hard spot. If I would strech my body or move wrong it really hurts and when i cough, it hurts too. Should I worry about this?
