Why am I having sharp pain in my abdomin???

It started almost three months ago. I mentioned it to my WL Surgeon and he did a CT scan and an exploratory laprotomy and found nothing, except what he said looked like polycystic ovaries. I went the GYN and he did a pap smear, exam, ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound and HE found nothing. The pain feels like like someone is jabbing me with a needle in three spots around my belly button, and I get it at least 3 times a day. In the same spots. Now I'm 10 monthes out (started at 8 1/2 months out), and I've lost almost 100 lbs. I need to figure out what this it, but I've already has two doctors messing with me, I'm almost scared to call my regular doctor for fear of what she'll do to me. Should I wait on the GYN or should I just go ahead and call my PCP??
