Stomach ache/pain after eating, post-endoscopy

I was scoped a week ago and doc found a small ulcer ... prior to scope, I didn't have a lot of pain, just a little. But in the week since the scope, I have been getting a bad stomach ache and some nausea in my lower abdomen every time I eat. I am 5 months post-op. Can an endoscopy actually make symptoms worse?? Any ideas what this could be?
