Pain in my stomach and in lower back

I have pain on the right side of my incision. It seems to hurt most after I've eaten. Also, I'm having lower back pain. I don't understand why I really never had back pain before and now that I'm 50 pounds lighter, I have back pain. I'm 3 months post op... Can anyone help?
