Having pain 11 days post-op

Just wondering here, is it normal to have almost all pain go away for a few days(at 8-9 days post op) and then have some come back? I have some pain right around my belly button that hurts when I move and walk now and if I push right there its tender.....wasn' like this before and its a deep pain, not the insicion. thanks
