I have a question for anyone that can answer. I am 3 weeks post op

I am 3 weeks post op and i have been having pain on my right side near the incision that divets> it feels like when I move a certain way or bend that something inside is pulling, Has anyone experienced this?? It is a lil uncomfortable. Also as of yesterday i started getting pain in my left shoulder like i did right after could it still be gas from the surgery?? Thanks in advance for any answers!!
