PLEASE Help; Define excessive thick mucous vs. foamies

I don't have any foamy back up; but frequently, I get such pain after eating and vomit large amounts of THICK, Clear, mucousy phlegm. Sometimes, followed by vomitting food. And such pain! CT normal, UGI shows pouch above diaphragm. Going for upper endoscopy in 2 weeks. 10 post RNY; 5 years post revision. Don't know why the change. Anybody else have this??
