Continuing awful taste in mouth and nausea

Has anyone experenced awful taste in mouth and nausea? I cannot keep anything down except liquids and cannot get rid of the awful taste in my mouth. I throw up in the mornings and have pain in my stomach. I have not had any vitamins or protien for over three weeks. How long is this suppose to last? My surgery was over 7 weeks ago.
