What could this be almost 6 yrs out

Hi! I am almost 6 yrs out, and probably at about 4 yrs out I noticed that it I at any nuts, or peanut butter I would have severe pain in my stomach leading into my intestines, and the pain would be so bad that I could not stand, or eat anything sometimes for a day or two. So without having insurance any longer, I avoided these foods. On occasion I would accidentally eat something made with nuts and it would happen again. Well not for the past month it is happening with everything I eat. The only time i do not have pain is when I do not eat. It gets so bad that the pain radiates to my back and I can't sleep, eat, drink anything, and suffer in bed sleeping with a heating pad just to make it through the night. It almost feels like my upper intestines near my pouch are twisted because when I hunch over the pain is a little better. Any ideas what this could be.
