I keep hitting plateaus, and am losing slowly.

Hello all, I have lost 80lbs in about 5 months. The losing has slowed to 1-2lbs per week. I really want to lose 30 more pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions on haw to jump start the losing again. I now eat 800-1000c per day and go to Curves regularly. I have just started to use the Ellliptical machine a couple time per week. Thanks for any helpful info.
