I'm allergic to citrate calcium please help

Hi, I had RYN done 5 years ago been taking carbonate calcium for all these years I'm worry about my calcium absortion now.Did tried switching to citrate calcium but I get allergic reactions every time I tried to take it. I get sking hives, red eyes, burning feeling on my face,metal taste in my mouth, palpitations. Don't know what to take now I tried different brands but none had worked. don't want to take any more carbonate calcium cause i'm starting to notice some bone defficiency signs. Please help
