3 weeks out and constant stomach ache?

I am only 3 weeks out from RNY. I am having a constanct stomach ache whether I eat anything or not. Lasts usually all day. Going back to doc this week but wanted to get any info I could from those who have possibly experienced this before. Thx for the help!
